Your order will always be shipped as soon as possible, but since I only work on Bohemian Treasures, it sometimes takes a day. Usually I send with DPD who come to pick up quite early, often around 11 am. So if you order later in the day, it will not last until the next day.
When I'm on vacation, no shipping is made. This will be clearly indicated on the home page of the shop and on this page.
If you are in a hurry to receive your order, please email us so we can always see what is possible.
I want to avoid returns as much as possible. I try to display and describe all clothing and other products in the shop as well as possible, so that you know exactly what you are buying. That's a lot of work, especially since many products are unique. But of course that makes my shop extra fun and special and I would like to keep it that way.
If you have serious doubts about an order, you are welcome to visit the showroom to fit and have a look. You can always email me with questions about lengths, widths and other sizes.
Even if you are not in doubt, you are welcome to come and fit in my showroom 🙂 If you order online later, you will know exactly what to expect!
If one or more of your ordered items is very different than you thought, does not fit or is disappointing, you can of course return them.
Items that are made to measure or length for you are no longer returnable.
Items made for you are also not returnable or refundable.
Items that have been backordered especially for you are also not returnable.
Register your return by email: email@example.com and do this as soon as possible after receipt, or within 8 days.
If I have confirmed and accepted your return, send it item within 2 days on.
I notice that people sometimes wait a week or more to send it and during all that time I cannot place the item back in the shop. This is not necessary. Just send it back right away so I can deal with it quickly too.
Therefore, send the undamaged and unused items neatly folded and packed immediately and within 2 days after registration back to:
The shipping costs of your return are for your own account.
All cards and labels must still be attached to the product.
As soon as your return has been received, the return amount will be credited back to your account as soon as possible.
This is the amount of the returned items excluding shipping costs.
For the return payment, send the order number of your order by e-mail or in your return shipment.
